Cooperativa ARX

“Esploriamo una capanna” (Exploring a Hut) is an information system for the Valentano Museum (VT) on a Bronze Age village, created in collaboration with the archaeologists of ARX. The hut reconstruction, which takes inspiration from the coeval cinerary urns, can be explored in a 3D virtual navigation, and it has also explanatory cards.

Generally we have very scarce evidence of prehistoric peoples, because they only leave strata of terrain, pole holes of the huts, little graves and objects from the caves.

The aim of this guide is to explain how to identify prehistoric villages, tombs, sanctuaries, to get acquainted with them, to respect and preserve them.
